MAPA’s Mission?

It is the mission of Maine Asphalt Pavement Association (MAPA) to encourage and promote the safe and environmentally sound use of bituminous asphalt products throughout the State of Maine. MAPA is an advocate for a unified industry voice and provides a forum for advancing teamwork and the education process within the asphalt industry, our clients and the driving public, and through this proactive process, provide the best, most economical, enhancements to Maine’s transportation infrastructure.

If you are a current member of MAPA we thank you for your membership and request that you provide us with your 2015 dues payment and the attached membership application. If you are not currently a member, we invite you to consider joining MAPA. There are currently three levels of membership listed below. Look out for sponsorship opportunities for our website and newsletter in the upcoming months. You may pay your membership dues online today!

$1,500 – Producer – Producers of hot or cold asphalt pavement;

$500 – Regular Member – Any business or organization that derives direct monetary benefit from hot and cold mix asphalt production;

$300 – Affiliate Member – All other business organizations or individuals that have interest in asphalt paving production. Examples: state, county or municipal governments, MDOT, other special organizations.
